I didn't take it myself, but my uncle once flew from Bangkok to NYC over the North Pole. It was a ridiculously long flight... about 17 hours, I think. He slept the whole way. And the actual longest scheduled non-stop is Newark to Singapore, which is about 18hrs and 50 minutes.
