Jennifer Aniston says one commonly used phrase in particular — often disguised as a compliment — drives her “bananas.”

The “Friends” star, 54, revealed the phrase “you look great for your age” should instead be, “you look great — period.”

The actress recently shared the secret to why she looks so great, telling us about her workout routine after years of trial and error.

Aniston bit off more than she could chew workout-wise in the past and has since turned to the low-impact home workout program Pvolve to maintain her strength in a more balanced way.
