Unit 23 Step by step
As a young woman, I believe that life would be interesting and always exciting. Then, one day I found myself in a job I didn't like and doing activities that I found very uninteresting and unexciting. Instead of making a life for me, I took what came to me.
I decided I need a change, but change seemed so scary. I wasn't sure of the course of action I needed to take to make the changes I wanted, and that frightened me. I had an end goal in my mind, but I didn't know how to get there.
One day, I took the first step, and when I did, I found I asked all the right questions. Once my question were answered, the next step always appeared. When something challenging happened, I didn't procrastinate. I just broke the problem down into parts.
Before I began taking steps, my ideas seemed imposssible, but it was actually very easy to make changes once I started!
