When an H is at the beginning of a word it is pronounced with a strong, loud air-stream.

首先介绍下声门：气流从肺部呼出，途经肺部、支气管和气管，然后到达喉部。两侧声带位于喉部，声带间的区域为声门。

H声门摩擦音，也是清辅音。发音时就是在声门处对气流产生阻碍发出的那个音，仔细观察视频中老师的发法。气流摩擦感要强。
