Read material that is at your level, or just a little difficult for you.

读符合自己阅读水平的材料，或选择稍难的。

Looking up many unknown words in a conventional dictionary is tedious, and the results of the dictionary search quickly forgotten.

用普通字典查很多不认识的单词是很乏味的，查到的东西也很快就忘了。

It is better to stay within your comfort zone and keep reading. Soon you will be able to take on more difficult content.

最好选择读着舒服的难度，并坚持阅读，很快你就能读更难的材料了。
