最高人民检察院日前联合全国妇联下发《关于建立共同推动保护妇女儿童权益工作合作机制的通知》（下称《通知》），要求检察机关与妇联组织强化合作，加强侵害妇女儿童权益犯罪的惩治打击，推动未成年人司法保护社会支持体系建设，促进妇女儿童保护法律体系健全完善。

BEIJING — The Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) and the All-China Women's Federation have jointly issued a circular calling for stronger action on crimes that infringe on the rights and interests of women and children.

北京消息：最高人民检察院和中华全国妇女联合会联合发布通知，要求加强侵害妇女儿童权益犯罪的惩治打击。

通知强调要推动未成年人司法保护（the judicial protection of juveniles）社会支持体系（social support system）建设，促进妇女儿童保护法律体系健全完善（improve the system of laws for protecting women and children）。
根据通知（circular），各级妇联组织（organizations of the women's federation at all levels）发现妇女儿童被家暴（domestic violence）、性侵（sexual assault）或者民事、行政合法权益被侵害（other infringements of rights and interests）等线索或涉检来信来访的，应及时（in time）将案件线索或涉检信访材料移送同级检察院（procuratorates）。
受理的检察院应当及时处置，快速办理，并将处理结果反馈妇联组织。其中，对性侵未成年人（sexual assaults against juveniles）的案件，应当监督（monitor）公安机关（public security organs）及时立案（the timely filing of the cases），实行“一站式”取证，保障有效惩治犯罪（ensure effective punishments are administered）。
通知特别强调，最高检（Supreme People's Procuratorate，简称SPP）与全国妇联（All-China Women's Federation）建立定期会商（convene regularly）机制，了解工作动态。建立联络员制度，及时解决日常工作中涉及的妇女儿童权益保护问题。建立培训机制（establish mechanisms for training），提高妇女儿童权益维护工作能力和水平。探索建立人员交流（personnel exchanges）机制，优化队伍结构，提高履职能力。
