黑龙江省望奎县政府周日表示，当地一名康复的新冠病毒患者在周六的检测中呈阳性。

望奎县对核酸检测阳性康复人员健康管理（health management of recovered patients）过程中，主动筛查发现1例复阳人员。
该复阳人员2021年1月13日确诊为阳性病例（diagnosed with confirmed cases of COVID-19），3月1日转为居家隔离观察（underwent isolation），3月17日经专家研判解除居家隔离观察，并分别于3月29日、4月13日又进行两次核酸检测（nucleic acid testing），结果均为阴性（negative）。
目前，该复阳人员正在望奎县人民医院进行隔离观察（in isolation and receiving medical observation），无任何临床症状（no clinical symptoms），血液分析和影像学均无改变（no changes in blood analysis or radiography）。
当地对排查出的31名密接者（close contacts）和次密接者，全部实行了集中隔离（under centralized isolation），并对密接者、次密接者及环境物表进行了核酸采样，检测结果均为阴性。
