Designer Rachel Roy's pleated full skirt is too long for her slim figure so it overwhelms her (it doesn't help that she is wearing it in a contrasting bright either.) A better option would be to wear the full skirt in a figure-flattering length like right below the knee instead of frumpy mid-calf.[qh]
