Dotti, with his writing partner Luigi Spinola, teamed up with Wildside, which is the production company that's responsible My Brilliant Friend, to produce the drama, Variety reports.

This isn't the first time Dotti and Spinola that they cooperate, they co-authored Audrey at Home, a part memoir, part cookbook in 2015.

But while Audrey at Home focused mostly on the woman underneath the fame, Dotti's new drama will explore how that woman turned into an EGOT winner, a style icon, and an actress who inspired an entire generation of creatives.
