Steven英语笔记:点滴积累Nobody/Somebody

相信大家都很熟悉，Nobody和Somebody作代词用的时候，表达“没有人”以及“有人、某人”的含义。那么你是否也知道它们作为名词时的意思呢？
请大家先看看下面这段话：
Tom is a mere nobody. But he always thinks himself to be a somebody. As much as we know, he is only nobody posing as somebody.
汤姆是个无名小卒。但他总自以为是个大人物。其实就我们所知，他只是个冒充大人物的小人物而已。

这下知道nobody和 somebody在这里是什么含义了吧：
Nobody->小人物
Somebody->大人物
请大家再体会一下我们开始的时候给大家的那段话：

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.
Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it.
Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
