For instance, children in the past were stronger and had a better healthy condition than today. As a result, a lot of parents nowadays ban their child from eating junk food.
However, there are various kinds of food supplied nowadays, which provide us all kinds of nutrition that we need every day. Every kind of food has its own nutrition. There are lots of experimental data shows that tomatoes and lemons contain a great number of Vitamin C that cannot fail to promote human's ability to protect the disease in its fruit. Besides, the milk has lots of proteins, helping us to have a stronger body and unbreakable skeletons. The food kinds are simple, however, which cannot reach the amount of demand of our body acquirement everyday. In other words, we cannot fail to afford the milk or meat everyday, which have benefit on our health.
In addition, we presently have more options of healthy compositions within a meal and more wholesome matching of various vegetables and meats, which strikes a perfect balance between different kinds of nutrition. With the economy developing at an amazing pace, people pay more attention to the collocation of foods. There is a possibility that we can eat vegetables and meat at lunch or dinner everyday. In the past, however, people only have one type of food when they have lunch and dinner. It is a significant change that we can gain all kinds of nutrition by food collocation. Besides, modern technology makes foods more nutrient. For example, the milk has more proteins, and it is added with lots of CA, which is a chemical atom that good for our skeleton development.
