在监狱骚乱中囚犯进入病区，把Tancredi医生堵在办公室里。尽管办公室的门窗是用防暴玻璃制成的，但是随着时间的流逝，医生的处境危在旦夕。Michael从监视器里看到这样的情况后，从通风管道来到办公室的通风口，救出医生，领她从原路逃走。受到刚才的惊吓，医生感到体力不支。
