Mental health clinic fire kills 23 in Russia
俄精神病院火灾致23人死亡
A fire at a psychiatric hospital in southern Russia has killed 23 people. The fire broke out shortly before midnight at the hospital in the Vorohezh region.
俄罗斯西南部沃罗涅日地区一家精神疾病防治院12日深夜发生火灾。目前火灾造成的死亡人数已达23人。
It's still unclear what triggered the blaze.

The fire lasted for three hours and destroyed the wooden building.
