We did everything in this clinic and I really saw everything when I was down there, I saw snake bites, some shady wounds

But what was really fascinating to me was even amongst the most elderly patients I was taking care of, There were people who really were quite elderly in the village

I was not seeing any of the bread-and-butter diseases that I take care of in San Francisco

the things that really are in my office every day of the week here

And here's some sample of this very elderly, As you can see, the hat that I was wearing is actually quite fashionable down there

And that maybe that is actually the secret to longevity in the rainforest, It's to wear monkey on your head

So that these were two folks that I met when I was down there, who were delighted to share their pictures with me

and I love the Abercrombie T-shirt but I promise you that it something that was imported from afar

So it was really this whole experience there in the village and realizing that everything that was eaten was incredibly local

and of course you know they were walking and they were outdoors and they were using their slow boat and so on. Consider other aspects as well
