so they can see the thing they want to buy, get excited about it and register when they want to buy it.

And if you drive just CRUs people don't have an amazing,magic moment on eBay when they visit the site.

And that's the next most important thing to think about, is how do you drive towards the magic moment that gets people hooked on your service?
