I mean, let me begin by saying, I think it's important for anybody who steps into a political process to speak for people of any faith and people who have no faith.

So when I talk about my faith, it's not because I believe it should be imposed on others.

That's what I get when I hear scripture. It's a message that is fundamentally about love, love and humility, humbling yourself before God and putting other people before you.

And again, that doesn't have to be anybody else's understanding or religion.

That's good. So there are some people who are disappointed that a woman wasn't elected the last election.

And now they're hoping a woman would be elected this time around. So what do you say to people who are like, but I want a woman to be president?

What is you're-- convince them. Yeah, I get it. And you know, I also am disappointed that a woman was not elected president in 2016.

And I think in the end, you've got to vote for the person you think best speaks to your values and is best able to lead the country.

What I will say is I think it's more important than ever-- in administrations, in politics, and in every other field-- to have gender diversity and gender balance.

And the next president is going to have to make sure that that administration at the most senior levels has gender balance, especially if the next president turns out to be male.
