The next sushi shop we are going to go to is a little bit different.

It's a Standing Sushi Bar.

And in Japan standing while eating is a very common way to eat.

There's other restaurants like standing and eating soba, standing and eating curry, udon.

But it's a little bit smaller.

However it is a fast way to eat and just go.

And it's very interesting.

So, the quality of the sushi and the fish, compared to the previous shops, might not be as good.

However the atmosphere is really fun.

So there are many fun and high-tech comparable sushi shops in Japan.

However there are also more traditional ones as well, like this one behind me.

The conveyor belt circles around the shop, in the middle with the table surrounding it.

However to order the sushi, you actually have to order it to the staff or write it on a piece of paper.

There is also an English menu with the standard sushi.

However on the wall there a special menu written in Japanese.
墙上有一份用日语写的特制菜单。
And I recommend getting the Koborezushi, which has salmon, tuna and tuna salad, spilling out of the sushi.
我建议买Koborezushi，里面有三文鱼、金枪鱼和金枪鱼沙拉，沙拉都溢出在寿司上面了。
Also the dish color represents how much each dish.

This is a very cheap dish.

It has good quality fish combined with sushi show.
