Because I'm excited to finally visit Hokkaido for the first time.

While Hokkaido is famous for its snow and ski resorts,

So let me show you in this video some of the things you can do in and around Sapporo for three days.

We're going to set up a three-day journey in Sapporo, the capital of Hokkaido prefecture,

A great way to get around the city is by rental bicycle and there are many ports you can rent it from around the city

However, I just love cycling around a new city so much more,

So now we have come to Odori Park and it's in the heart of Sapporo.

It has many events that happen here throughout the whole year and tonight we're going to be going to a beer garden.

So I'm really excited.

The park stretches along twelve city blocks offering a beautiful green space for people to enjoy in the warmer months.

While an early February, it's also the main site for the Sapporo Snow Festival.

At one of the ends of Odori Park, there's also a TV tower.

You can go up and get a bird's-eye view of Odori Park.

Next, we headed over to the formal government office,

where you can also go inside for free and see the historical exhibitions of the building.

So my recommendation for when you are in Sapporo is on the first day try to cross off all the major areas and the tourist spot.
