2、京晶老师、Henry老师好！最近我在读《老友记》的剧本，看到这个片段：Joey喜欢上Phoebe的妹妹，约会几次后却莫名被甩，Phoebe替朋友去找姐姐问个清楚（原文文本及截图附后）。其中有两个表达我有点疑惑，一个是“Her eyes dance as shelaughs and smiles”，可以说眼睛“dance”吗？这是平时会用到的说法吗？

另一处是“Phoebe smiles back realisingit's down to her to make up for her negligent sister.”，这里的“down”怎么解释呢，是“不可能，不现实”的意思吗？口语中“down”的这种说法用的多吗？
