Isabelle: Well, if we get bought out by our competitor, it is probably because we have not made enough gutsy decisions.
Jasper: True. On the one hand, our boss supposedly has a reputation for being shrewd, but we could use more charisma and action from the top brass, especially the CEO.
Isabelle: Not to mention, my friend in sales says that the front office feels like upper management in the company is very polarizing in making resources available.
Jasper: Yep, it seems morale is at an all-time low. However, let's not give up hope yet!
Isabelle: I think that we should make some audacious moves to reverse this downward spiral.
Really, it is now or never, if we want to remain independent.
Jasper: That's right, we need to be bold, daring, and inventive if we want to recoup losses and gain traction in this market.
Isabelle: Really, mentality and team spirit are a big part of an enterprise.
Jasper: Yeah, I have learned never to undervalue the importance of leadership.
