In order for more injured people to get timely and effective treatment, the first special train has carried injured people to Chongqing city. Our reporter He Fei has the story.

The train set off at 10:20 Monday morning from the quake hit Mianyang to Chongqing. It carried 206 wounded from Beichuan, Qingshan and some other quake-hit areas. Most of them are suffering from fractures and brain injuries. Before getting on the train, these patients had already received proper treatment in some hospitals in Mianyang City. Their conditions are under control.
"I'm from Beichuan. I had stayed in Mianyang Central Hospital for treatment, for my leg is broken."
Now each patient is companied by one of their family members. Huang Shan is the daughter of the patient who just spoke.
"I'm her daughter. I have stayed with my mom since the day she got hurt. I will be with her in Chongqing, but I don't know how long we will stay there."
In order to ensure that the patients will be transferred safely, the train had been sterilized carefully and is equipped with complete first aid facilities. The attendants on the train have received professional training from Red Cross. At the same time, 60 doctors are on the train to care for the patients. Zhou Fufo is one of them.
"We set up a temporary expert team on the train. We will check on the patients all over again and give special care to the seriously injured people."
Before this, more than 1,500 victims who were injured in the quake were also evacuated by buses to adjacent provinces for further medical treatment.
Starting Monday, the Ministry of Railway will dispatch another 12 trains to Mianyang in two days. Two special trains for the injured will head to Chongqing and Xi'an.
