Secretary of State, Mike Pumpeo, and South Korea's President both say they are trying hard to keep the upcoming US-North Korea summit on track. President Trump says there is a substantial chance the meeting, planned for June, won't happen as scheduled.
President Trump and republicans in Congress want an investigation into whether the FBI spied on the Trump presidential campaign. They are pointing out the FBI's reported use of informant to determine if the campaign was accepting help from Russia's government.
Georgia democrats have nominated Stacey Abrams for governor. She is the first African-American and first women nominated by either major party for governor of that state.
And video from Hawaii's Big Island shows lava bubbling from the ground. However, authorities say production wells at a geothermal energy plant were plugged to prevent toxic gases from getting out.
