斯坦·李：用一生创造一个宇宙
For many comic lovers, Stan Lee is a superhero. Dubbed the father of Marvel Comics, he created an imaginary world with a list of superheroes, including Spider-Man, the Hulk, Iron Man and Black Panther.
对于许多漫画迷而言，斯坦·李是位超级英雄。被称为“漫威漫画之父”的他创造出了一众超级英雄的奇幻世界，如蜘蛛侠、绿巨人、钢铁侠以及黑豹等等。
On Nov 12, the man who helped usher in a new era of superhero storytelling died aged 95. "There will never be another Stan Lee," the US actor Chris Evans posted on the social networking platform Twitter. "For decades he provided both young and old with adventure, comfort, confidence, inspiration, strength, friendship and joy."
11月12日，这位曾开启讲述超级英雄故事新篇章的男人逝世了，享年95岁。“世上再无另一个斯坦·李，”美国演员克里斯·埃文斯在社交媒体平台推特上发文写道。“几十年来，他给老老少少带去了冒险、慰藉、自信、灵感、力量、友谊以及欢乐。”
Lee helped Marvel develop from a tiny company into the world's top publisher of comic books and later a multimedia giant. But more importantly, he created many characters who wear magic costumes and do extraordinary things to save the world.
斯坦·李让漫威从一家小公司发展为全球顶尖漫画出版商，到最后成为一家多媒体巨头。但更重要的是，他创造了身着神奇服装，为拯救世界做着非凡大事的角色。
"You taught us that there are no limits to our future as long as we have access to our imagination," actor Winston Duke, who plays the bad guy M'Baku in the 2018 movie Black Panther, wrote on Twitter.

Before the 1960s most comic book heroes were colorless, their dialogue rigid, and the plots written for them predictable.

Lee gave them traits such as anger, humor and pain. In his comic kingdom, leading roles are always a series of flawed superheroes. The comic figures live in the real world and struggle with everyday challenges, such as paying the rent. Spider-Man, for example, is afraid of his dandruff and worried about dating.
斯坦·李赋予了英雄们诸如易怒、幽默以及痛苦等特点。在他的漫画王国中，超级英雄主角们往往有着一系列缺点。这些漫画人物在他们所处的现实世界中也要面对交房租等日常难题。比如，蜘蛛侠会担心自己的头皮屑和约会。
With so many works adapted to films, Lee also wanted to be a part of them. Like a big boy who likes playing, he made regular, humorous cameo appearances in movies or TV series, including an old man walking his dog in the 2018 movie Venom and a grumpy grandfather in the TV series The Big Bang Theory.
斯坦·李的众多作品都被改编成了电影，而他也想要参与其中。就像一个爱玩的大男孩一样，他常常在影视剧中进行幽默的友情客串，比如，他在2018年的电影《毒液》中客串了一位遛狗的老人，在电视剧《生活大爆炸》中饰演一个暴躁的老爷爷。
Lee said he faced questions about his career when he was young. Unlike people building bridges and doing medical research to improve society, he was only doing stories about fictional people who do extraordinary, crazy things and wear costumes.

He gradually began to realize that "entertainment is one of the most important things in people's lives", as he once said. "Without it they might go off the deep end."
渐渐地，他开始意识到“娱乐是人们生活中最重要的事情之一”，正如他曾说的那样。“没有娱乐，人们或许会走向极端。”
