Sri Lanka has announced a curfew for a second straight night after a man was killed in what's being seen as an escalating anti-muslim backlash following the Easter terror attacks. Mobs targeted mosques and Muslims businesses on Monday night. The lone fatality was said to be trying to protect his home. Police confirmed they arrested nearly two dozen people. The situation was now under control. The April 21st attacks claimed by ISIL targeted churches and hotels mainly in Colombo and killed more than 250 people.
