We begin with breaking news in the Middle East where Turkey has just launched Operation piece spring in Northeast Syria. The incursion comes following a sudden policy change by the United States that withdrew its troops from the region leaving the Syrian Kurdish militia they're vulnerable. Ankara says the militants are linked with the Kurdistan Workers Party. That has been waging an insurgency against the Turkish government since 1984. Turkey says operation peace Spring aims to prevent Kurdish militants from using a terror corridor at the border and also to create a safe zone for Syrian refugees.
