M: What can I do for you?
男士：有什么需要我帮忙的吗？
W: I am just filling out this graduation form for the dean's office, and I hope I will be able to graduate next semester.
女士：我在填这份要交给教务处的毕业申请表，不知道下学期我能否满足毕业条件。
M: Well, as long as you've met the requirements and you hand in the form on time, you shouldn't have any problem. Make sure you have attended all the classes necessary for your degree in finance and the electives too.
男士：只要你达到了毕业要求并及时上交这份表格，你应该没有问题。你要确保你完成了你所修的金融学位要求的所有必修课程和选修课程。
W: Yeah, but as I look over the form, I got confused because they've changed the requirements. So now I am not sure I will qualify for graduation next semester.

M: Well, when your department changed the curriculum to include more courses in international business because of the increasing globalization of business, we made sure that students who have finished their second year wouldn't be affected. The new rules only apply to students in their first or second year.
男士：因为经济全球化程度在逐渐加深，你所在的系对学生的课程安排进行了调整，新加了更多国际商务方面的课程。但是这一调整不会影响到已经完成大二学业的学生。新课程表只针对大一和大二的学生的。
W: That's good to know. And I want to ask about—International Banking. I took International Banking I, but I never took International Banking Ⅱ. It used to be that International Banking II was an elective, but now it says it's a required class.
女士：那就太好了。还有，关于《国际银行业务》这门课。我上了《国际银行业务I》，但没有上《国际银行业务Ⅱ》。《国际银行业务Ⅱ》以前是选修课，但是这上面说现在它成了必修课。
M: Yes. But that's one of the recent changes. So your graduation will not be affected. It looks like you've met the requirements for graduation.And if there's something I need to do... if I need to write a reference letter or whatever, just let me know.
男士：是的。但这也是最近的变化之一。所以你毕业时不会有影响。这上面的毕业要求你似乎都已经满足了。那么，如果还有其他事需要我，比如如果你需要写推荐信或者其他什么，直接告诉我就行。
W: OK. Thank you very much for your help. I'll let you know if I need any further information.
