Those that are self-confident are happier and are able to achieve their goals more easily.

Self-confidence is a must-have in today's world. If a person lacks this essential quality, then he is usually overlooked when good chances come around. People without self-confidence are less noticed. They merely sit quietly in the background, ignored. In contrast, people with self-confidence are ready to express their thoughts and feelings, have more enthusiasm and show a stronger desire to succeed. They work hard to achieve their goals. They feel good about themselves and their ability. They strive to excel in ways that those who lack self-confidence only dream about. This is why, if a person wants to be successful, he must first work on improving his self-confidence.
