When you "call it a day" in American English, it means you are ending work, play, or something you are doing that day.
在你在美语中说“call it a day”，意思是你放下了手头上工作、玩乐，或者任何那天你在做的事情。
Often, it means you have finished your work, and you are going home.
它经常表示你完成工作，准备回家这个意思。
You can use this phrase in any situation, and everybody in America will understand you.
