Brian: Hi, is this Helen?

Brian: Great. I spoke to you yesterday about a large order of plastic tubs. Do you remember?

Brian: The thing is, I never got the purchase order and I'm nervous that the number I told you might not be correct. Can you send me the order so I can double-check?

Helen: Of course, I'll send it to you right now through email. It says here you requested 20,000 tubs. Is that correct?
