Is my order ready? 我点的菜做好了吗?
I will check. 我去帮你查看一下。
I didn’t order this. 我没点这个。
The food is undercooked. 菜没熟。
The food is overcooked. 菜火候过了。
The food is cold. 菜太凉了。
The food isn’t fresh. 菜不新鲜了。
There is something in the food. 菜里有东西(异物)。
Can you take it back to the kitchen, please? 你可以把这盘食物拿回厨房(重新加工一下吗)?
Can I speak to the manager please? 我能和经理谈一谈吗?
在就餐过程中,服务员的询问:
Is everything ok? 一切还好吧?
How’s everything? 一切怎么样?
Everything is great. 一切都非常好。
Everything is good. 一切都挺好的。
Are you done with this? 你这道菜吃完了吗?(我可以把这个盘子收走了吗?)
I’m still working on it. 我还在吃这道菜呢(你不要把盘子撤走)
结账:
Can I have the check, please?/Can I have the bill, please? 我可以要账单吗?
Tip小费
Tip:6人以上用餐时,餐馆会自动收取账单税前价格的18%作为小费;在自助餐厅里吃饭时,我们需要支付账单税前价格的10%作为小费;在普通餐厅吃饭时,我们需要支付账单税前价格的15%作为小费;对服务员的服务不满意时,可以只付一分钱的小费。
