A: Hi, Julia. How are you?

B: Actually, I'm feeling quite ill today.
A: I'm sorry to hear that. What's wrong?
B: I think I'm coming down with the flu. I have a headache, a sore throat, runny nose, and I'm feeling slightly feverish.
A: I see. So you're calling in sick?
B: Yes. I was hoping to take the day off to recover.
A: OK then. Try and get some rest.
Notes:
2.come down with有“染上...
Jane's daughter has come down with measles.
He must have come down with a serious cold, for he's got a sore throat.
3.发烧的表达有"have a fever","have a temperature",如果表示“发高烧”,需要在fever和temperature前面加"high"。
4.I have a bad/terrible headache.
