But are there any tips? 那今天我们要来给毕业生们支支招吧。

Tip No.1 Ask yourself three questions. 先来三个问题：

你是谁？Who are you?

你来自哪儿？Where do you come from?

你要去哪儿？Where are you going?

最经典的回答莫过于中国四大名著《西游记》里唐僧的回答：贫僧唐三藏，从东土大唐而来，去往西天拜佛取经。

I'm Buddhist Monk Xuanzang. I come from Tang Dynasty and my mission is to go to the West Paradise and attain the sacred scrolls.

给大家一个参考：

I'm Jack(Xu Nai Fu), a teacher of English. I come from a loving and happy family. My mission is to help those who want to learn English systematically and effectively.

（我叫许乃夫，一名教书匠。我来自一个幸福和充满爱的家庭。我的使命是帮助想系统、有效地学习英语的学习者。）

No.2 Make a resume！制作一份简历。

首先，选择正确的简历格式。Choosing the right resume format.

There are three types of resume formats, including chronological, functional and combination. 有三种简历形式供你选择：

1.按照时间轴来写chronological

2.按照功能来写functional

3.两种模式的结合combination

其次，来找找自己身上的亮点。Highlight your strengths.

比较推荐第一种简历模式：summary板块-history板块-Educational History（教育背景）-Skills（技能）

最后，一些站在HR角度思考的问题可以思考一下

1、If you work for us, what can you offer us? Use specific examples.

如果你为我们工作，你能为我们解决什么问题，请举例说明。

2、What do you think of the problems?

你怎么看待这些问题？

3、If you were in position, how could you solve the problems？

如果你在位置上，你如何解决问题？

4、What do you need to solve the problems?

为了解决问题，你需要什么资源？

5、If you can make it, what do you want?

如果你能成为解决问题，你想要什么？
