引导虚拟语气的词



一些含有假设、猜想、建议等意思的动词后面的宾语子句要用should+原形动词结构,should往往可以省略,这类动词有:advice, order, request, suggest等。
He suggested that I practice more.
他建议我多多练习。

表示假设语气的副词子句可以由不定词片语或分词片语等代替。
To think of his singing, I could hardly help laughing.
想起他唱歌, 我就会忍不住笑起来。

在as if, as though, in case, even if等引导副词子句中,表示与事实相反时,要用假设语气。
Even if you laughed at me, I wouldn't give up.
即使你嘲笑我，我也不放弃。

表示假设语气的副词子句可以由with, without, but for等介系词片语代替。
With his help, I would make more progress.
在他的帮助下，我会有较大地进步。

在wish后的子句用过去式表示与现在事实相反的假设;
Then I wish you were my first listener.
那么我希望你是我的第一个听众。

在wish后的子句用过去完成式表示与过去事实相反的假设。
I really wish I had not spoken like that.
我真希望我没那样讲。
