Rain and hail batters South China

More torrential rain has been battering south China since Wednesday. Rainstorms have deluged the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guangdong, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces, while parts of Guizhou province have had thunderstorms and hail.
More than a million people have been affected by the storms which are forecast to continue until Friday. At least 23 people have been killed and three are still missing.
