The Hebei district court of Tianjin Municipality has sentenced a women to three years and six months in prison after she was found with model guns deemed by authorities to constitute illegal weapons.
天津市河北区地方法院判处一名女子入狱三年半，原因是她的模型枪被官方认定为非法枪支。
Zhao Chunhua, 51, was arrested on Oct. 12 when police came to patrol Zhao's recreational shooting booth.
赵春华今年51岁，10月12日，当警察巡逻来到她的休闲射击摊的时候将她逮捕。
Police discovered nine gun-shaped items, accessories and plastic bullets. They confirmed that six of the items were real guns powered by compressed gas.
警方在她的摊位上查获枪形物9支及相关枪支配件、塑料弹，其中6支枪形物被警方鉴定为使用压缩气体的真枪。
Wang Yanling, Zhao's daughter, believes the guns were artificial, adding that she will appeal to a higher court.
赵春华的女儿王艳玲则认为这些枪是假的，并表示自己将向更高一级的法院上诉。
"My mother would not have touched them had she known they were considered real under the law," Wang exclaimed. Zhao operated the booth from August to October, according to the verdict.

A 2010 document on firearms identification, issued by the Ministry of Public Security, stipulates that guns able to fire bullets with a kinetic force of over 1.8 joules per square centimeter are considered illegal firearms.
