Chinese President Xi Jinping asked Party committees and governments at all levels to further strengthen their leadership over and support for the work of supply and marketing cooperatives. Xi, also general secretary of the CPC Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, made the remarks in an instruction on the occasion of the 70th founding anniversary of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives on November 28, 2024.
2024年11月28日，在中华全国供销合作总社成立70周年之际，中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平作出重要指示强调，各级党委和政府要进一步加强对供销合作社工作的领导和支持。
Over the past 70 years, supply and marketing cooperatives have always centered around the central tasks of the Party and actively served the overall development of the country, and have played a positive role in serving rural and urban residents, boosting rural economy, helping eradicate absolute poverty, raising farmers' incomes and promoting rural revitalization.
70年来，供销合作社始终围绕党的中心任务，主动服务大局，在服务城乡群众、繁荣农村经济、助力脱贫攻坚、促进农民增收、推动乡村振兴等方面发挥了积极作用。
