throw up：抬起，举起
e.g. He was shocked to throw up his hands at the sight of the accident.
一见到事故现场，惊吓得把手都举起来了。
a trifle：稍微，有点儿
e.g. She seemed a trifle anxious.
她似乎有点儿焦急。
e.g. The wine has made him a trifle tipsy.
这酒喝得他有点醉意了。
stumble across：偶尔发现
