Step 2: Write goals
Write your goals down on paper or in a special folder on your personal computer. Read them everyday, often.

Tip:Post your goals in a location where you can review them easily, like your refrigerator or your bathroom mirror.
建议:将目标(写有目标的纸)放在你能容易看到的位置,比如电冰箱或是浴室的镜子边。
Step 3: Make a plan
Figure out a plan to complete your goals. Divide the goal in several smaller goals and said a deadline for achieving each one.
第三步:制定一个计划
制定一个能达到目标的计划。将目标分成几个小的目标,并为完成每个小目标定下完成的时间。
Step 4: Envision
Envision your goals coming true. Think about how success makes you feel.
第四步:预想
预想你的目标实现了。想想成功带给你的感觉。
Step 5: Act on goals
Act: when you see an opportunity to take a step toward making your dream a reality, don’t hesitate to capitalize on the opportunity.
第五步:向目标前进
行动:当你看到能使梦想变为现实的机会,千万不要犹豫或是估计机遇的价值。
Step 6: Show passion
Ask for what you want. Show your passion for your goals and people will become excited to help you reach them.
第六步:要有激情
要你想要的。对你的目标要有激情,这样人们会有热情来帮助你实现目标。
Tip:Spend your time with positive-thinking people who set goals for themselves. Negative people bring down your energy level and stir up self-doubts in your subconscious self.
建议:花些时间和那些给自己设定目标的有积极想法的人相处。有消极思想的人会降低你的动力,并能激起潜意识中的自我怀疑。
Step 7: Be persistent
Be persistent and keep moving toward your goals even if you hit roadblocks. Learn from them and then move on.
第七步:要有恒心
要有恒心,即使你碰到了拦路虎也要继续前进。从困难中吸取经验教训,然后继续前进。
