Peace is an interest because, in an atmosphere of just peace,

which was kept by the long war from find its real position in today's world in an atmosphere of democracy, pluralism, and prosperity.

As war is an adventure, peace is also a challenge and a gamble.
正如战争是一场冒险，和平同样也是一种挑战和赌注，
If we do not fortify peace to stand against storms and wind, and if we do not support it and strengthen it,
如果我们运用各种手段，也没有使和平经受住风暴中的动乱，
the gamble will then be exposed to blackmail, perhaps to fall.
如果我们没有维护好和平，这种冒险就会升级。
Therefore, I call on my partners in peace on this high platform to expedite the peace process,

achieve early withdrawal, pave the road for elections,
