What they are eating, exactly, what are they eating
对，羊吃什么呢
They are eating these little tiny grasses that have to work really hard to grow
他们吃的是当地艰难生长的小草
and it turns out when vegetables have a lot adversity and to work really hard to make it above the earth

They're filled with things that are good for you

and filled with something called alpha linolenic acid

It's actually the precursor to eicosapentaenoic acid which is the omega-3 fats in fish
