这是我的第一次提问, 我有个关于there be句型的回复问题,下面是原文,
A:Is there a curfew on what timeI should be back at night?
B: No, there are no curfews
我的疑问是B的回复。
在我印象中,对于there be的提问,通常情况下可以用三种方式回复:一是肯定回答,二是否定回答,三是按实际情况回答。
肯定:yes,there is/are
否定:no,there isn't/aren't.
至于用单数或复数,是根据上面的问句而来。如用单数提问,就用单数回答,如果复数提问,用复数回答,或者用实际情况进行回答
对于这个例句,我不太清楚应该怎么去理解呢?谢谢老师们!
2、老师们好,我最近在扩展我的词汇量,练习发音比较少。但在学习单词的时候我也一边念一边练习着发音。今天遇到个发音问题,需要请教下老师: oblige(英 /əˈblaɪdʒ/ 美 /əˈblaɪdʒ/)这个单词,从Henry老师说的音节以元音开头,以及“l”发“了”这个声音两个方面来判断,əˈb一个音节,laɪdʒ一个音节。但əˈb这个音节里一半弱一半重度感觉好奇怪,这是我第一次留意到这个情况,对此我想请老师讲讲一个音节里前弱后重度这种情况。 之所以我比较在意这个,是因为我在学习单词的时候,脑子里一直在设想我该如何教我的孩子,我发现以我现在的知识和经验,无法令人信服的去解释这个。 谢谢老师了。
3、我有个发音问题请教Henry老师。
(1).连续2个爆破音+元音(如respected/acted),或者l+t+元音(如felt I),这里的t音会不会有一点浊化?我听着好像有时有,有时又没有。
(2).常用的一个短语felt like,如果按照一般发音规律,在发完L音,紧跟t音顶上颚阻住气流,再发一次L音,会觉得挺别扭,虽然我能正确发出来,但是美国人日常是怎么发这种音的?谢谢!
