My first exposure to leadership was when I was given babysitting duties,

So coach Brown is talking, and you know he's, he gets done with the speech and I go up to him.

I said, "Coach, hi, my name is Shaquille O'Neal, sir. Can you send me a program to strengthen my lower extremities?"

And you know, he offered me a scholarship on that day, coach, thank you.
