Museums are usually a place where you can look at things from the distant past.
But today, me and some primary school children in London are going to travel to the future.
We're about to try a new mixed reality headset at the Natural History Museum. That takes us on a journey to 2125.
Oh. We're off. Come on then. Oh, look at that. What is that? Whoa! Ha ha ha ha ha!
With this headset, we can see all kinds of different things. Different animals. Right now, we're underneath the Atlantic Ocean.
The headset takes us on a journey of different animals lives, and explains how things that are happening now will impact the chances they have of survival in the future.

Obviously, nobody knows for certain what's going to happen in the next 100 years, so these are imagined futures. But they're predictions that are based on science.

We've learnt from, we've obviously learnt lessons from that.

Does the exhibition offer hope to young people who are coming here to see what may happen to the planet in the next 100 years?
