一、词汇口译

商务解决方案 business solution

二、口译技巧

1.词性转换

动词转化为名词

只有当我们这样做了，我们才会在观念上处于领先地位。
Only then can we be leaders in perception.

名词转化为动词

拥有共同的标准，配以最佳的实践，将是进一步推动我们这一产业与社会颈部的关键。
Sharing standards and best practices will be the key to further advancing our industry and society. （动词短语作主语在译文中转化为名词短语）

2.省略

电子商务不仅提高了我们的成效，也提高了我们的竞争力。
E-business is making us more effective and competitive.

化工产业正处于一个最能领悟IT发展潮流的时刻，即领悟这些发展趋势所能产生的影响以及它们转变商务的能力。
The chemical industry is positioned to best understand the IT trends, their impact and their potential to transform business. （原文之前提到过的内容再次重复时口译采取省略技巧，并用代词”their”替换）

3.逻辑关系转化
大会组织者提出这样的问题，在某种程度上暗示了我们正处在一个十字路口。By posing this question, the conference organizers are, in some way, suggesting that we are a at a crossroads. （原文中的并列关系转化为译文中的主从关系）

4.反译

正如历史上其他各技术领域一样，电子商务所能产生的巨大影响须等到该领域的技术被普通百姓所接受的时候才会充分显示出来。
Like every other field of technology in history, the tremendous potential impact of E-business will not show until the technology of this field is universally adopted by the people. （肯定转化为否定）

5.主语较长时译文使用形式主语it
如何通过电子商务把我们的同事、雇员、供应商、客户以及其他每一位与我们有业务往来的人合理地联系在一起，这是我们要做的事情。
It is up to us to make e-business both relevant and sensible to our colleagues, our employees, suppliers, customers and everyone else we do business with.

6.合并
我们的工作横跨化工与IT两大“技术”行业，作为这样的专业人士，我们重视自己“共依共存”的优良传统。
As professionals who work across both “technology” industries, chemical and IT, we can appreciate our rich history of “mutual-dependence”.
（前两句合并为一个句子，两句的逻辑关系为第二句为主句、第一句为转化为定语从句，使译文更紧凑。）
