1. POLITE WAYS TO ASK
SOMEONE TO DO
SOMETHING FOR YOU
May I have your name, please?
(Yes) Certainly./O.K.
Would you sign here, please?
(Yes) Sure.
Would you mind signing here, please?
(No) Not at all./ Certainly./AII right.
Do you mind helping me?
(No) Not at all./ O.K.
Would you mind+verb+ -ing
Do you mind+verb+-ing
对would/do you mind…
2.POLITE WAYS TO OFFER
TO HELP SOMEONE
May I help you?
Are you right?
Can I give you a hand?(参看第8讲)

How long have you been in China?
(I've been there) since July.
(I've been there) for a month.
问句How long have you been...
I came here a year ago and I'm still here.(1.I've been here for a year. 2.I've been here since last year.)
