1. 00后 Gen Z
00后我们直译是post-2000s generation，或简称post-00s，相应的，90后就是post-90s。但其实在英文中有一个跟00后意思比较接近的词：Generation Z（Z世代），指的是95年以后出生的新新人类，简称Gen Z；80后和90后在英文中叫做Millennials（千禧一代），也叫Gen Y（Y世代），也可以直接表达为post-80/90s或者the post-80/90s generation；再往前，60和70后则叫做Gen X（X世代）。
具体我们说到这个世代的人时，可以再后面加上er，如Gen Z-er。
Gen Z is not afraid to challenge traditional norms and create new ones.
00后不怕挑战传统规范和创造新的规范。
Millennials and Gen Zers make up the majority of the workforce these days.
80后、90后和00后现在是职场主力军。

2. 整顿职场 rectify the workplace
rectify指的是“矫正错误的事情”，00后“整顿职场”其实指的是他们反抗一些让人无语的职场文化，如996、克扣工资等等，我们还可以说push back against exploitative working practices（反抗职场剥削），pushing back against the tough “996” working culture（反对996）等。

3. 气炸某人 get someone's blood boiling
“气炸”最直白的说法是make sb explode with anger，如果想要表达得更强烈，可以说get someone's blood boiling，“血都沸腾了”可以说是愤怒到一定程度了。
此外我们还可以说drive sb up the wall，“把某人逼上墙”，也就是“激怒某人”“把某人逼疯”的意思。
也可以用push someone's buttons，这个词指的是to cause a strong reaction or emotion in someone，既可以是积极的情绪，也可以是消极的情绪，如果指的是消极情绪，就有点故意去惹某人的意思。
Her behavior really gets my blood boiling.
她的行为真的把我气炸了。
The way he talks to me just makes me explode with anger.
他跟我说话的方式把我气炸了。
His constant whistling was driving me up the wall.
他一直不停的吹口哨，我要疯了。

4. 挨骂 get told off
“批评某人，训斥某人”除了用criticize·，还有很多种说法：tell sb off，scold，berate等，所以“被骂”可以说get told off，或者get scolded或get berated等。还可以用catch it来表示“挨骂”。
I got told off by my sister for eating all the cookies.
我把饼干都吃了，被姐姐训了一顿。
I got scolded by my boss for being late to the meeting.
我因为开会迟到被老板训了一顿。
He berated his employees in public.
他在公开场合训斥员工。
