近日有网友爆料，苹果官网Apple Watch Specialist专家一对一选购页面的一张客服人员的图片涉嫌辱华。照片中的客服人员留着长辫，被网友认为是对中国人的刻板印象。也有网友认为，没必要过于玻璃心，这是没有文化自信和自卑的体现。经媒体核实，该客服人员形象并非仅在中国官网存在，美国、日本、韩国等国家的苹果官网的该入口使用的是同一张照片，且该雇员是一位印第安人。苹果公司回应称，收到反馈，高度重视。

1. 涉嫌辱华be accused of insulting China
be accused of指的是“被指责，被控告”，因此be accused of insulting China即“被指辱华”。“辱华”指的一般是“侮辱中国文化”，所以也可以说be accused of insulting Chinese culture。除了用be accused of，还可以说“面临辱华的指控”，英文即face allegations of insulting Chinese culture。
The controversial remarks made by the celebrity on social media have led to allegations of insulting China.
这位名人在社交媒体上发表的争议性言论引发了涉嫌辱华的指控。

2. 刻板印象 stereotype
“对某人/某物有刻板印象”可以表述为have stereotype about sb/sth，或者直接把stereotype做动词来使用，注意它作动词一般会用作被动be stereotyped as。“刻板印象”通常会有“先入为主的概念”，可以用preconception或 preconceived notion来表达。
People tend to have stereotypes about different nationalities.
人们对不同国家的人常常有刻板印象。
We shouldn't judge people based on stereotypes.
我们不应该根据刻板印象来评判他人。
I hate it when people assume things about me just because of where I'm from.

3. 玻璃心 thin-skinned
thin-skinned指的就是“脸皮薄的，敏感易受伤的”，也可以用sensitive，指“敏感的”。“玻璃心的人”还可以叫做snowflake，雪花易碎，所以它也可以指人玻璃心。
She's so thin-skinned that even the slightest criticism can make her upset.
她太玻璃心了，甚至轻微的批评都会让她不高兴。
His thin-skinned nature often leads to misunderstandings because he takes things too personally.
他容易受伤感情的性格常常导致误解，因为他把事情太当真。

4. 自卑 feel inadequate/inferior
feel inadequate指的是“感觉自己能力不足，不够好”，feel inferior指的是“感觉自己比别人差”。“自卑情结”可以用inferiority complex来表示，complex在这里作名词，指“情结”。除此之外，我们也可以用low self-esteem（自尊心低），lack of confidence（缺乏自信），self-doubt（自我怀疑）等等来表示。
He often feels inadequate compared to his more accomplished peers.
与那些更有成就的同行相比，他经常感到自卑。
People with low self-esteem need respect from others.
自卑的人需要别人的尊重。
