1. 评论区 comment section
社交媒体的“评论区”可以用英语表达为comment section或comment thread。Thread原意是“线”，用来论坛上的那种链式贴子。

2. 立场 standpoint
“从……立场出发”可以说from...standpoint/perspective。英文中还有一个单词stance，也是“立场”的意思，但stance多指对某件事的公开表态，通常较为严肃。
From my standpoint, I'd rather spend the weekend relaxing at home.
从我的角度来看，我宁愿在家里度过一个宁静的周末。
From a customer's perspective, the new features greatly enhance the user experience.
从客户的立场出发，新功能极大地提升了用户体验。
Each of them has a different standpoint on the project.

3. 算法 algorithm
“算法”英文是algorithm，“基于算法”可以说based on algorithm。
YouTube suggests videos to users based on a complex algorithm.
Youtube基于一个复杂的算法向用户推荐视频。
The algorithm selects posts based on your interests and engagement.
算法是根据你的兴趣和互动来选择帖子的。
The e-commerce website uses a recommendation algorithm that analyzes your browsing and purchase history.
这个电商网站使用一个推荐算法，分析你的浏览和购买历史。
The power of algorithms to manipulate information and influence decisions is downright unsettling.
算法操控信息并影响决策的能力太可怕了。
4. 信息茧房 information bubble
information bubble“信息泡泡”，即算法给我们圈出的一个信息世界，也叫作filter bubble，filter是“过滤”的意思。
In today's digital age, many people live inside their own information bubbles, only exposed to news and opinions that align with their existing beliefs.
在今天的数字时代，许多人生活在自己的信息茧房中，只接触与他们现有信仰相一致的新闻和观点。
