细菌无处不在 彼得博士教你防卫
Bacteria are our friend.For most of part,our relate... it's ubiquitous, it's part of our environment. There is nothing you can do about that.And what you can do is to make yourself ,you know, practice good hygiene so you don't expose yourself in situations where it may cause disease.
细菌是我们的朋友 。从很大程度上讲,细菌是无处不在的,是我们环境的一部分 。对此你毫无办法 。你可以做的就是自己养成良好的卫生习惯,不要让自己暴露在致病的细菌环境中 。
Bacteria is ubiquitous in your office, it's ubiquitous in your home, it's when you walk outside of your office. If you take a hike in the woods, you go, you run into bacteria,fungus and viruses.
细菌无处不在,在你的办公室,在你的家中,走出办公室的时候,细菌都如影随形 。如果你在森林中远足,你也会遇到细菌,真菌和病毒 。
So you can't escape it. Don't fear the bacteria. You learn to live reasonably. Don't become erratic about it, and if you do the things that your parents taught like wash your hands after the bathroom, wash your hands before you eat, cover your nose when you sneeze, move your coughing cover the cloth. If you do those things you should be a good nutrition. The healthier you are,the healthier your immune system is to meet the challenges of bad bacteria in the wrong place or a bacterial virus that may cause disease. If you do those things, there is nothing to be concerned about.
所以你无处可逃 。但是也不需害怕 。你要学会合理地生活 。不要大惊小怪,如果你按照父母教给你的,便后洗手,饭前洗手,打喷嚏时用手掩住鼻子,咳嗽时用手帕挡住,如果你这样做了,那你的教养很好 。你越健康,在恶劣的环境遭遇糟糕的细菌挑战或可能致病的细菌病毒时你的免疫系统就越健康 。如果你做到了这些,那就没有什么好担心的 。
