Chinese central gov't give 2 pandas to Macao

A pair of giant pandas gifted by China's central government arrived in the Macao Special Administrative Region on Thursday.
A welcome ceremony was held for the pandas at a park in Macao, after which they will begin their 30-day quarantine. The pair of panda left Chengdu on Wednesday, and will make their appearance before the public on June 1. The male panda named Kai-kai, is six years old and weighs 110 kilograms. The female one named Xin-xin, is 7 years old and weighs 110 kilograms.
